You-Fit is a new way to work out. This is online fitness coaching! That means you can work out on your time.
Here’s how it works:
Email me at firstname.lastname@example.org. I will send you a questionaire asking you about your goals, what you’ve done in the past that worked and didn’t work, your health, your fitness level and all that good stuff. I will then look over all the information and make a customized workout routine for you. Once a week, you’ll send me a tracking sheet and I’ll send any adjustments needed to make sure you get the most out of your routine. I’ll also send you motivational videos to help keep you going.
You’ll have 24 hour access to the email and I will always get back to you within 24 hours hours.
What does this mean for you? You have the freedom to workout on your time, morning afternoon, evening, night, whatever works for you. You can take charge of your life with good choices, guided but done by you. No pressure of going to a gym if you don’t want to, no pressure of meeting with a strange person. This is all done online.

- indoor/outdoor activities
- training tips
- motivation and guidance
- weekly progress tracking
- 24/7 email support
Client responsibilities are:
- weekly check in via email
- proper equipment (weights, resistance bands, tape measure. Equipment and tips will be discussed in your routine)
- email your questions, concerns anytime
- health. I want you to get the most out of your routines. Please make sure you are healthy enough to follow them. If you have concerns, check with your doctor and adjustments can me made.
I start at 3 months (or 12 weeks) because it usually takes that long to see a change, whether in how many reps you can do, how many inches you lost (or gained), and how much your stamina has improved.
The 21 day challenges are for making healthy choices a habit. It takes the brain 21 days to set a habit so why not start your goal by making it a healthy habit. Email me for details on the 21 Day Challenges.
